My RV did not come with gutter spouts in the front. I purchased these Camco RV Gutter Spouts with Extensions that came in a pack of four, two left and two right. They install in a few minutes under the existing RV drip rail.
The spout fits under the existing rail but I have a painted coach and that would require me to damage the paint. So I cut the spout to fit against the rail.
I used silicone sealant to glue the gutter spouts in position. They have held on well and work excellent. The video below shows my install.
The fit was perfect and the black matches the rest of the RV's outside accessories. The Camco 42323 RV Gutter Spouts are available in black or white. The roof rain water is now directed away from the RV and I no longer get the dreaded black streaks down the side of the coach.
